Title: God's Love.

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 1 John 4:9 KJV
Devotion: Good morning, in continuation of the topic of yesterday we are going to further discuss God's love towards us. The reason for God's love is not far-fetched, God created humans and set some set of laws that must be obeyed when Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden but Eve disobeyed God and ate the forbidden fruit (Genesis 3:11).
 From there on sin became us we became sin. God the creator, does not want His handiwork destroyed so He loves us. It is not we who love Him yet He does everything to reconcile us to Himself. 
  So if God loves us and gave us his son, we have a responsibility to respond appropriately by loving him in return. Yet we find out that most of us in actual fact hate God. This we see in our daily sinful life.
  In family relationships the parents love their children but there are occasions when the children misbehave and are recalcitrant. The parents in such situations do everything possible to make sure the children do not misbehave. We try different methods such as counselling, teaching them words of God and sometimes discipline to reconcile with them. We ask what was the reason for his misbehaviour and act on that appropriately. We try to bring our children back to the family. This is exactly what God does buy loving us and giving us his only begotten son.
We should reciprocate this kind of love by giving our lives to Christ the begotten son(John 3:16) and obey the laws of God. We must fear God, hate what God hates and love what God loves.

Title: Wisdom from God.

Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV [5] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths.
