Title: Eternal Kingdom.

Devotion: Since God created the universe and earth in it, there had been kingdoms and kingdoms but many of the kingdoms are no more. The had disappeared having been conquered by other kingdoms.
 Presently some nations are lording it over others by placing restrictions on them. But surely no earthly kingdom will last forever another will overthrow it; God's kingdom has been since creation and it is still operating and will last forever. There's nothing happening on earth that is not under the control and influence of God.
 When we believe this then we can have confidence of tomorrow, we can face difficulties knowing that God shall help us through it. If we believe in God's sovereignty over our lives we can plan our lives according to His plan for us. 
A new year is approaching less than 48 hours from now, as we plan for the year let us put God in the center of our plan. Let Him guide and teach us according to His word in Psalm 32 vs 8. Let us commit our ways onto the Lord and He will make it straight (Proverbs 3: 5-6). Let us rededicate our lives to the ultimate ruler by giving our lives to Christ and meditating in God's word daily.

Title: Wisdom from God.

Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV [5] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths. Devotion:  If you’ve ever gone on a trip somewhere you’ve never been, you know how important it is to have a map. Maps help us navigate the unknown areas ahead. Similarly, God’s Word helps us navigate through the unknown seasons of life. It reveals God’s wisdom, which can be essential in guiding our lives.  The book of Proverbs is filled with wisdom and knowledge that helps people live according to God’s purposes for their life. It starts by acknowledging that everything begins with God.   Because God is the creator of life, He knows what direction our lives should go. Our role, according to Proverbs, is to seek Him and trust Him.
