Title: What is Your Vision Beyond Now?

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11

Reflection: Life often tempts us to live only in the now—the immediate struggles, the pressing needs, the fleeting pleasures. Yet God calls us to lift our eyes beyond the present moment and see His eternal vision. Faith is not just about surviving today; it is about trusting God for tomorrow.
  Abraham is a powerful example. When God told him to leave his homeland, Abraham obeyed without knowing where he was going (Genesis 12:1–4). His vision was not limited to the present comforts of Ur but stretched toward the unseen promises of God. Hebrews 11:10 says, “For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.” Abraham’s vision was beyond now—it was eternal.
  Similarly, Joseph endured betrayal, slavery, and prison. Yet he held onto a vision beyond his suffering. He told his brothers, “You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive” (Genesis 50:20). Joseph’s vision was not confined to his pain but extended to God’s redemptive plan.
Application
- Lift your eyes beyond the present. Don’t let today’s challenges blind you to God’s bigger picture.  
- Trust God’s promises. Even when the path is unclear, remember He is faithful.  
- Live with eternity in mind. Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 4:18: “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”  
   Your vision beyond now should be anchored in Christ, who is both the Author and Finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).  
Prayer
Lord, help me to see beyond my present circumstances. Teach me to trust Your eternal plan and to walk by faith, not by sight. May my vision be fixed on You, the One who holds my future securely in Your hands. Amen.

Title: Wisdom from God.

Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV [5] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths. Devotion:  If you’ve ever gone on a trip somewhere you’ve never been, you know how important it is to have a map. Maps help us navigate the unknown areas ahead. Similarly, God’s Word helps us navigate through the unknown seasons of life. It reveals God’s wisdom, which can be essential in guiding our lives.  The book of Proverbs is filled with wisdom and knowledge that helps people live according to God’s purposes for their life. It starts by acknowledging that everything begins with God.   Because God is the creator of life, He knows what direction our lives should go. Our role, according to Proverbs, is to seek Him and trust Him.
