The keys to avoid diseases are to diligently hearken, do right, pay attention, and keeping his Word. First of all to diligently hearken is to listen to the Word of God with the aim of putting it to action. Secondly, doing right means acting on the Word of God the way He wants it to be done. Thirdly, paying attention is to listen to God in all details. Lastly, keeping his Word is to make conscious effort to retain the Word in our heart and mind. These four keys work hand in hand. He doesn’t begin something He will not finish. His accomplishments are always spectacular. He ended the creation of the earth by crowning it with Adam and Eve and said it was very good (Genesis 1:31). Jesus Christ finished His work excellently on the cross, despising the shame. It didn’t end there either; He resurrected to let the world know that there is a new life after death. The psalmist was quick to always give Him praise because he knew God would give him a glorious end. Dear beloved, don’t complain because of the challenges you are going through. You Are in Safe Hands!  “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. There are some Christians who are suffering unnecessarily because of a lack of the Word of God in them. The most important thing that the child of God needs is the Word of God. The opening scripture buttresses this point; God sent His Word to heal and deliver His children from destruction. He has showed us what to do with His Word. Appreciate His Mercy!  “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;” Titus 3:5 (KJV) Mercy is an aspect of God’s love that causes Him to help the miserable. The truth of the matter is that we were miserable in the inherent sin of Adam and Eve, but God didn’t neglect us. Instead, He sent His beloved Son, Jesus Christ, to sacrifice His life to save us. This is pure mercy from Him, not our works of righteousness lest we boast (Ephesians 2:9). Have You Chosen Life?  “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23 (KJV) The natural life that God has given every human being comes with several alternatives for which choices must be made. Everyone has to choose the kind of food to eat, what clothes to wear, who to befriend, etc. The opening scripture also shows two things for which choices must be made: death and eternal life. Death (eternal death) will be the reward of those that have chosen to live in sin, and eternal life the reward of those that have chosen to accept Jesus Christ. Dear beloved, what have you chosen?
