Title: Prophecy!

Devotion: In the Bible there were three significant prophecy to Jerusalem (read the passages above) on its future. All has been fulfilled. 
Let's examine the importance of Jerusalem: "There is no city on earth that can compare in value to Jerusalem. While believers revere Jerusalem’s significance as the city where Jesus walked, was crucified and rose from the dead, it was valuable to the Lord long before the time of Jesus. With over 800 references to Jerusalem in the Bible, one can learn a lot about it. There is only reason that this city has seen such spiritual and physical conflict since the beginning of time; God Himself has chosen this earthly city to dwell in and to establish His name among men". Jerusalem is the controversial capital of today's Israel and spiritual capital of both Judaism and Christianity. Millions visit Jerusalem yearly, thus the prophecy is fulfilled because God lives in Jerusalem. 
  There perhaps have been one or two prophecy to you and it has not come through, have you ever stopped and considered why? We know Jesus lived and walked in Jerusalem, the town is the home of God. Is God living in you? Is Jesus living and walking in your heart? In other words give Jesus a chance in your life and the prophecy will be fulfilled in your life both now and in the eternity. He promised you peace (John 14:27) and everlasting life with him in eternity (John 14:2).

Title: Wisdom from God.

Devotion:  If you’ve ever gone on a trip somewhere you’ve never been, you know how important it is to have a map. Maps help us navigate the unknown areas ahead. Similarly, God’s Word helps us navigate through the unknown seasons of life. It reveals God’s wisdom, which can be essential in guiding our lives.  The book of Proverbs is filled with wisdom and knowledge that helps people live according to God’s purposes for their life.
