Title: Count Your Blessings – A Heart of Gratitude in November.

Scripture: “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits—who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies.”  — Psalm 103:2–4 (NKJV).

Reflection:
As we step into the 11th month of the year, it's a sacred moment to pause and reflect. The journey so far has been a tapestry of joy and sorrow, triumphs and trials. Some prayers have been answered with a resounding “yes,” while others still linger in the silence of waiting. Yet, through it all, one truth remains: you are here. You are alive. You are clothed, fed, and sustained. That alone is a miracle worth celebrating.
  Reflecting on the Year:
Life may not have unfolded exactly as you planned. Some goals remain unmet, and some dreams may feel delayed. But consider this: you’ve made it this far. You’ve endured. You’ve grown. You’ve laughed, cried, and learned. That’s grace in motion.
  A Call to Gratitude:
It’s easy to focus on what’s missing. But today, God invites you to shift your gaze from what’s lacking to what’s lasting. The breath in your lungs, the food on your table, the clothes on your back—these are not small things. They are daily reminders of God’s provision.
> “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
> — 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NIV)
 A Story of Perspective:
The Ten Lepers: In Luke 17:11–19, Jesus heals ten lepers. Yet only one returns to say thank you. Jesus asks, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?” Gratitude is powerful—it not only honors God, but it also positions us to receive more from Him. The one who returned was not only healed but made whole.
Ask youselves, are we among the nine who forget, or the one who returns?
You Are More Blessed Than You Know:
There are people who would trade places with you in a heartbeat. Some are alive but not truly living—trapped in hospital beds, war zones, or despair. Others have passed on, their dreams buried with them. Yet here you are, still standing.
> “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
> — Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV)
 A Song of Praise:
Let your heart sing like David’s in Psalm 34:1:
> “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Even when life is uncertain, God’s goodness is not. He is faithful, even in the fog.
Take a moment today. Look back. Count your blessings. Name them one by one.
And as you do, may your heart overflow with praise, and your spirit be renewed with hope.
