Title: Wisdom - Your Greatest Need!

Scripture focus: “Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.” – Proverbs 8:14

Devotion: It is a wonderful thing to be born again. When you are born again, you become a child of God, and as His child, you gain access to His divine inheritance. Among the greatest gifts God gives is wisdom—the ability to rightly apply knowledge for fruitful results.  
  The opening scripture reveals what divine wisdom produces: good counsel, sound judgment, understanding, and strength. This wisdom is not earthly or fleeting; it is rooted in God Himself.
  Scripture reminds us that: 
- “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” – Proverbs 9:10  
- “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.” – James 1:5  
- “For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” – Proverbs 2:6  
   Dear beloved, ask God for wisdom, and He will freely give it. When you receive divine wisdom, nourish it daily with the Word of God, for the Scriptures are the very expression of His wisdom. Within them you will find counsel to guide your life, discernment to make righteous decisions, understanding to carry out your plans, and strength to walk in divine health and victory.  
“How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver!” – Proverbs 16:16  
  Wisdom is your greatest need, and God delights in giving it to those who seek Him. Praise the Lord!

Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV [5] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths. Devotion:  If you’ve ever gone on a trip somewhere you’ve never been, you know how important it is to have a map. Maps help us navigate the unknown areas ahead. Similarly, God’s Word helps us navigate through the unknown seasons of life. It reveals God’s wisdom, which can be essential in guiding our lives.  The book of Proverbs is filled with wisdom and knowledge that helps people live according to God’s purposes for their life.
