Devotion : The opening scripture is of the view that God is always looking to approve those of His children who are studying His Word. He approves them for service in His kingdom. Those who continue to study the Word of God will not be ashamed to teach in His kingdom because they can explain the scriptures to their audience. Have you come across a Christian who cannot quote even one scripture? If you find it difficult to study the scriptures, ask Holy Spirit to help you. He is the best teacher. Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete. When that time comes, the soul, unburdened by the weight of the mortal frame, ascends beyond the veil of this world—taking flight toward eternal rest.   You are not bound to the temporal; your essence is celestial.
