Title : Let us learn not to complain!

"And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Luke 11:9"
Devotion : Jesus says if we apply the principles of asking, seeking, and knocking, we will always have answers to our prayers. If you asked and it seems you have not received, apply the second principle by seeking, which means continuous searching. If it seems you have not found what you are seeking, then apply the last principle by knocking. We only knock at a closed door - as you keep knocking, it will surely open. Determination and effectual prayer are needed; therefore, let us not give up too easily. Dear reader, share your thoughts with other readers.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete. When that time comes, the soul, unburdened by the weight of the mortal frame, ascends beyond the veil of this world—taking flight toward eternal rest.   You are not bound to the temporal; your essence is celestial.
