Title: Jesus Is the Good Shepherd!

“I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.” John 10:14-15 (KJV)
Devotion: A shepherd is a person who tends and rears sheep. There are two kinds of shepherds—a good shepherd and a bad shepherd. The bad shepherd tends the sheep just according to how he feels; he cannot lay his life down for his sheep (John 10:13). The good shepherd, on the other hand, loves his sheep so much that he lays down his life for them. Jesus Christ is the good shepherd, and He laid down his life for the whole world.
Beloved, if we appreciate the work that He did for us, we will be willing to accept Christ as Lord and personal Savior and serve Him forever. We should also be willing to lay down our lives for one another in the Kingdom of God (1 John 3:16).
Let others see the love of Christ in you so that they can bear a good testimony about you. The love you show others, even the unsaved, will bring them to the salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Let's have your testimony. Hallelujah.
