Title: Christ in You, Hope of Glory

God has chosen to make known to them the glorious riches of that mystery. He has made it known among the Gentiles. And here is what it is. Christ is in you. He is your hope of glory. Christ is the one we preach about. With all the wisdom we have, we warn and teach everyone. When we bring them to God, we want them to be like Christ. We want them to be grown up as people who belong to Christ.

Devotion: We followers of Christ have only one assignment given us by Christ Himself and that is preach Christ to all nations Matt 28:20. In other words make disciples of all nations. 
Gentiles cannot preach Christ unless "God has chosen to make known to them the glorious riches of that mystery". This is possible when we accept Christ as our Lord and Saviour. When Christ lives in us and we become children of God, coheirs with Christ, our Hope of Glory is assured.
  We must guard this hope jealously because our adversary does not want us to be children of God.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded.
