Nigeria a vast area of land from the Atlantic coast to the Sahel region is a land full of potentials which unfortunately she has not used or refused to use. Nigeria has the highest collection of intellectuals in Africa and even surpasses some European countries, many of us are among the best in Europe and America contributing to the economies of those countries. Nigeria is also endowed with arable land from tropical to low Savannah. Most of these land do not need to be fertilized as it is very fertile for different crops and plants. There are also too numerous minerals resources in different areas and regions enough to make the country great. Unfortunately these mineral resources have become a curse on the nation. From the Niger delta we have potential for fishing and fish farming which can actually bring enough wealth that can sustain the whole country. Sin Is a Destroyer!  “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23 (KJV) Sin is the transgression of God’s law. It separates its victim from the fellowship of God because God is holy and doesn’t condone sin. When Adam and Eve sinned against God and refused to repent, they lost the glory and fellowship of God (Genesis 3:24). It took the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary to reconcile mankind to God and restore this fellowship. The opportunity has now been given to mankind once again to be at peace with his creator. Those that take advantage of this opportunity and make Jesus Christ the Lord and personal Savior of their life are given a new nature of righteousness and can approach God (2 Corinthians 5:17). But those that reject this opportunity remain in their old nature of sin. If they continue to be adamant, they will die in their sin and find themselves in hell. Have You Proved Your Love to Him?  “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 (KJV) Everybody loves gifts. There is nothing so delightful for God than to see a good response to His gifts. The greatest gift God has ever given to human beings is His only begotten Son as a sacrificial lamb for the sin of the world. However, not everyone has positively responded to this offer by accepting Christ Jesus into their heart. Those that have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are the ones that have demonstrated that they love God. And God has given them eternal life to enjoy His fellowship and blessings forever (John 10:28). The offer is still relevant today, so don’t reject it if you are not born again. Rejecting it is calling doom on yourself because you are choosing condemnation and eternal separation from God in hell (John 3:18). Prove your love to God, and accept His offer...

Choose Wisdom Over Weapons of War!  “Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good.” Ecclesiastes 9:18 (KJV) God is love, and He has put this virtue in human beings, especially His children. He didn’t create human beings to fight among themselves and kill themselves. He created us to have dominion on the earth and to use the earth to His glory (Genesis 1:26–28). But due to greed and selfishness, human beings have developed weapons to kill other human beings for their wealth, riches, and power. Weapons that could be used to provide security are being used to perpetuate crime due to lack of wisdom. Dear beloved, choose divine wisdom over weapons of war because through wisdom, we can decide to live in peace with one another (Hebrews 12:14). Through wisdom, we protect lives instead of destroying them. Choose wisdom so that you can be used by God to bless others. Hallelujah! Be wise!
