SIN IS A DESTROYER

Sin Is a Destroyer! 
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23 (KJV)

Sin is the transgression of God’s law. It separates its victim from the fellowship of God because God is holy and doesn’t condone sin. When Adam and Eve sinned against God and refused to repent, they lost the glory and fellowship of God (Genesis 3:24). It took the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary to reconcile mankind to God and restore this fellowship. The opportunity has now been given to mankind once again to be at peace with his creator. Those that take advantage of this opportunity and make Jesus Christ the Lord and personal Savior of their life are given a new nature of righteousness and can approach God (2 Corinthians 5:17). But those that reject this opportunity remain in their old nature of sin. If they continue to be adamant, they will die in their sin and find themselves in hell. Dear beloved, don’t allow sin to rob you of the glory that God has in store for you. Choose Jesus Christ, and remain in Him; then sin will have no dominion over you, and you will enjoy eternal life and the manifold blessings of God. Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Prayer Point: Dear Heavenly Father, I have made up my mind to choose Jesus Christ and remain in Him. Thank you for loving me, amen!
