Title : The Enemy Not a Factor

"Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Psalm 23:5" Devotion : The psalmist came to the point in his life that he realized that when God is with you, He makes even your enemies to be at peace with you. David was anointed king over Israel in front of his brothers, who never loved him. Truly a table was prepared before him in the presence of his enemies. God prepared David to ascend the throne of Israel, and he became the best king ever to have ascended the throne of Israel. The enemies could not stop him from becoming king. Likewise the enemy and his cohorts of darkness cannot stop the children of God from fulfilling God's dream. If you are reading this devotion and you are born again, know that you have enemies but they cannot stop you from becoming what God has planned for you. If you believe it, say amen. Title : Believing Lifestyle

"Then saith he to Thomas, reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. John 20:27" Devotion : Jesus Christ of Nazareth has designed a lifestyle for Christians. This a lifestyle of continual believing in the Word of God and the work of God. The Apostle Thomas was a man who lived by the principle of the world: the principle that states that seeing is believing. However, when he encountered Jesus Christ after His resurrection, he learned to adopt a new principle from Jesus Christ. Jesus taught him that in order to see or materialize the Word of God, he must first believe; hence, believing is seeing. This principle is also designed for us to live by today. We must live a life of continually believing in the Word of God and the work of God if we want to enjoy all the promises of God pertaining to our lives. Dear beloved, what Christian principles do you live by? Share your thoughts here! h...

Title : No Condemnation

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Romans 8:1" Devotion : When a person is born again, he is delivered from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of Christ Jesus. This born again Christian is delivered from condemnation. Those who reject the gospel are condemned because they did not believe, and Jesus said the Word, which they have heard and rejected, will condemn them (John 3:18). There is another kind of condemnation that is meted to Christians who walk in the flesh. To walk in the flesh is to walk in your own understanding; examples are talking from the senses and engaging in all manner of sins. On the other hand, the Christians who walk in the Spirit are not condemned. To walk in the Spirit is to talk faith, confess the Word of God, do the Word, and engage in godliness. Dear beloved, what kind of Christian are you? Are you a Christian who lives by your senses or a Christian who ...

Title : Bright Future

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105" Devotion : The Word of God is all that we need as believers in Christ Jesus to succeed. The Word has nourishment for the present and the future. Everything expires, but the scriptures do not expire, neither do they become obsolete; they were relevant to the saints of old, and they are still relevant to the saints of today. The Word of God, as a lamp unto our feet, helps us to make good decisions for the present. The Word of God as a light unto our path makes the future clear to us; it helps us to understand our future to walk into it with certainty. Go for the Word, and be transformed! Title : Bold as a Lion

"The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1" Devotion : The scripture has given a comparison between the wicked and the righteous. Christians, who are the righteousness of God, are to be conscious of who Christ Jesus has made them. They are also to know who Christ Jesus has made the wicked. Jesus Christ has made the righteous as bold as the lion but the wicked to flee when no one is pursuing them. The Christian should never be afraid of the wicked in society because deep inside the wicked is a greater fear to flee from the righteous. Dear beloved, do you feel afraid sometimes? If you do, keep declaring, "I am as bold as the lion," and that fear will disappear. Title : Gods Delight

"Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. Psalm 116:15" Devotion : Although the plan of God for man from the beginning is not for man to die, He is, however, delighted in another kind of death, that is, the death of His saints. He is delighted because when the saint vacates the body on Earth, he will be present with Him in heaven. This scripture should be a relief to those Christians who are afraid to die. Instead of the fear of death, which Christ Jesus delivered us from, they should work for the Lord with all zeal and diligence, knowing that when they sleep (die), they will be present with the Lord Jesus Christ in heaven. Dear beloved, are you afraid of death? Share the word. http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kjvstudybible.bible.kjv.bibleverses.bibleoffline

Title : In Everything

"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Philippians 4:6" Devotion : The opening scripture gives us a vital key every born again Christian must be conscious of: The key is prayer. Anxiety and worry do not solve any problem but rather make them worse. Prayer is the master key that solves every anxiety. The Apostle Paul used it, and he is encouraging every believer in Christ to use it as well. He used prayer in everything and came to the point of realizing that God would do nothing if he did not pray. For Christians who feel too lazy to pray, they must realize that God will do nothing for them if they don't pray. Prayer is seen by God as so important that if we do not pray, He  feels we don't need Him. Before we make a request from God in prayer, let us start with thanksgiving and appreciation of Him for what He's been doing for us. Let us also learn to intercede for our famili...
