Title : Time to Weep

"Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law. Psalms 119:18"
Devotion : The Psalmist had his moments of grief just like anybody else. In such a time the soul weeps or melts to bring relief to the body. Any person who tries to contain or restrain himself from weeping becomes depressed. In times of grief it is good to weep to relieve yourself so that you can be comforted (Matthew 5:4). Lasting comfort comes from the Holy Scriptures; no wonder the Psalmist said, "Strengthen thou me according unto thy word." When you experience your heavy moments, weep and after you have wept, call on the Word to give you strength. Our Lord Jesus Christ also wept in front of Lazarus' tomb when all the people, including Mary and Martha, were wailing and weeping (John 11:35). Dear beloved, there is a time to weep - have you experienced your weeping moment? Share your comments and testimonies here!
