Title: The Devil Has Nothing Good to Offer!

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” John 10:10 (KJV)

Knowing that the devil has nothing good to offer is the beginning of putting him under your feet. Beloved, Jesus Christ is God and knows everything about the enemy we are dealing with. He told us all we need to know about the devil; there is nothing good in him (John 8:44). He is a thief, a killer, and a destroyer. He comes only to steal, kill, and destroy.

He steals your attention by telling lies and giving you wrong information; after he has succeeded, he goes further by killing your dreams and visions and destroying your future. Beloved, don’t give him your attention; give all your attention to Jesus Christ, Who has come to give life to overflowing (Hebrews 12:2). Dear beloved, give more attention to the Holy Scriptures so that it will be easy for you to identify the strategies of the devil and overcome them (Psalms 119:11). Do all you can to keep the devil under your feet because that is where he belongs (Luke 10:19). Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Prayer Point: My Lord Jesus and my God, thank You for giving me insight into how the devil and his demons work. Indeed, their main aim is to steal, kill, and destroy. Please remind me to study Your Word every day, and to meditate on it day and night, and practice it in order to perpetually keep the devil and his demons under my feet, to the glory of Your name. Amen!
