Title: Renew Your Energy

but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 KJV
Devotion: A vehicle cannot move when the engine is bad with low compression in the cylinders. When the vehicle is repaired by the automechanic it regains strength. It's energy is renewed and it will work for many more years. The time spent at the mechanic workshop is the waiting period.
  Children of God, I don't know what you may be going through right now, but I'm sure if you can wait on the Lord in prayers and fasting, singing praise and worship songs there will be solution. Your strength will be renewed and you will not be weary.
God is waiting for you, He wants to break and recouple you, to fix you and your life will not remain the same again.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
