Title: Open the Door, He is Knocking.
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me." — Revelation 3:20
The Invitation of Christ: There is a gentle knock at the door of your heart. It is not the knock of a stranger, nor the demand of a tyrant, but the loving call of Jesus Christ—the One who gave His life for you. He waits patiently, not forcing entry, but inviting you to open the door. His desire is fellowship, intimacy, and eternal life with you.
Jesus says, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). The burdens you carry, the emptiness you feel, the longing for peace—all find their answer in Him.
The Call to Surrender: Opening the door means surrender. It means laying down pride, fear, and sin, and welcoming the Savior in. He promises, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).
To accept Christ is not merely to acknowledge Him, but to enthrone Him as Lord of your life. The Apostle Paul reminds us, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).
The Promise of New Life: When you open the door, He enters with light, hope, and transformation. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
No matter your past, His grace is greater. No matter your weakness, His strength is sufficient. No matter your failures, His mercy endures forever.
A Prayerful Response: Today, the knock is at your heart. Will you open? Will you let Him in?
"Lord Jesus, I hear Your knock. I open the door of my heart to You. Come in, forgive me, cleanse me, and be my Lord and Savior. I surrender my life to You. Thank You for loving me and giving me eternal life. Amen."
Closing Thought: The door of your heart is yours to open. Jesus will not force His way in, but He will never stop knocking. His love is relentless, His mercy unending, and His promise sure.
"Now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians 6:2).
I invite you to accept Christ as your Lord and Saviour today and every of your heart's desires shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:33; Luke 12:31)
