Title : All Power

"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Matthew 28:18"
Devotion : Jesus Christ assured His disciples not to be afraid for all power has been given to Him. All this power has been given to the church of which every born again Christian is a member. Therefore, the believer has all power in heaven and in earth because as Jesus is so are we in this world, 1 John4:17. Dear reader, do you doubt the power in you? Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
