Devotion : Jesus Christ is a place in which Christians live: as His offspring we are expected to live, move, and be like Him. Anything less is not acceptable. The apostle Paul always found something to identify with about the people to whom he preached the gospel. Let us preach to save lives and not to condemn them. As Christians, we should be conscious of who we are, what we do, and where we are going. We must live, move, and be like Christ Jesus. Dear reader, are you glad in Christ Jesus? Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete. When that time comes, the soul, unburdened by the weight of the mortal frame, ascends beyond the veil of this world—taking flight toward eternal rest.   You are not bound to the temporal; your essence is celestial.
