Title : Jesus Preached

"From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matthew 4:17"
Devotion : Jesus Christ being the author and the finisher of our faith led the way to preach the gospel about the kingdom of heaven. Christians are therefore obliged to preach the gospel since they are the heir of salvation. 
  Angels cannot preach the gospel because they were not bought by the blood of Jesus.
 The world need to know that the only way to inherit the kingdom of heaven is to repent and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and personal Saviour. 
Mathew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
