Title: Mercy!

For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.
Isaiah 54:10 KJV
Devotion: Our God is a merciful God unlike some other gods which are not merciful. One other attribute of God is that once He promises to do something He will do it. This, God emphasized in the passage above and we know he's not a liar or joker that will make a promise and not fulfill it.
The question is who can access this promise? Actually the promise apply to all children of God ie those who have accepted Christ as Lord and Saviour and have confessed and departed from their sinful past. Exodus 20:6.
Are you ready to receive God's Mercy? Then come to Jesus if you have not, retrace your footsteps back to Jesus if you had backslide. God is at the door waiting for you.
Dearly beloved, God is merciful to you, do you do same to your neighbour or you'll rather ignore their plea for assistance when it is actually in your capacity to help.
Remember there's a passage where the bible says the merciful will receive mercy and you want to be the one. Then be merciful to your neighbour.
Please share your thoughts on this with us. Hallelujah.
