‭John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬
[16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Devotion: In this Lenten season we need to reflect on God's love towards us. It not just love by mouth but sacrificial and all encompassing. No matter who you are - sinner or not God loves you. Either you know or not God loves you and He does not want you to perish but come to repentance.
God's love was so much and your sin, my son was so much that God had to device a means to save you and me from eternal damnation. In 2 Samuel 14:14e ..... "yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from him." He gave His son as ransom for our lives, so that we can reconcile with Him and live joyfully, peacefully with Him in eternity. It is the greatest opportunity ever to reconcile with God and it is very simple and free.
The Bible says whoever believes that Jesus is the son of God who took away our sin and decides in his heart to trust Jesus with his live shall be saved. What else are we waiting for, won't you take this opportunity to come to Jesus. In Matthew 11:28, He says "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" from the yoke of sin.
Dear reader, I urge you to reflect on your life and come to Jesus if you have not or rededicate your life if you had backsliden Do not miss this opportunity, it a free opportunity, it is grace to become child of God. You cannot pay for it. As you do today God will turn around your life and you'll have testimonies. If you're standing right take care not to fall. Hallelujah.
