Title : You Can Change Your Destiny!
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians 4:8"
Devotion : Destiny has to do with your future; it is the power that controls what happens, but you can change your future by what you think. Thoughts are so powerful that they have the ability to change what you do on a daily basis, which has a bearing on your future. If you want your future to be great, think on the following: truth, honesty, justice, purity, love, and good report. When you think on these things, you will develop good virtues for your life. These virtues are also praiseworthy, which will influence the decisions and choices you make. Your good decisions and wonderful choices will lead you to a better future and hence a fulfilling destiny. Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
