Are You Ashamed of His Testimony?

“Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;” 2 Timothy 1:8 (KJV)

There is one thing that God expects from all His children, and that is to love Him with all our hearts, minds, and strength. Anyone who truly loves God will love Jesus Christ, and our love for Christ is demonstrated by testifying of His love and goodness for mankind. Jesus Christ was not ashamed to die naked on the cross for our sins; likewise, we shouldn’t be ashamed to share His testimony with others. Even in our afflictions or challenges, we should still testify about Him, and He will take away our challenges in His time. Remember that if you are ashamed of Him, He will also be ashamed of you (Luke 9:26). Let us be bold everywhere to bear the name of Christ and share the gospel. Hallelujah! Be a true witness!
Prayer Point: Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for saving me. I will never be ashamed of you; I promise to testify of your love and goodness. Amen!
