Why You don't Receive Answers for Your Prayers.

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.” James 1:5–7 (KJV)

Receiving answers to prayers makes prayer a time of feasting. The reason some Christians don’t go to prayer meetings is because they don’t receive answers and feel it’s just a waste of time. The key to receiving answers to prayers is found in the opening scripture: It is asking in faith. Some don’t receive answers because they don’t ask in faith; they ask in doubt. Dear beloved, any time you pray about something, never complain or worry about that thing again (Mark 11:23). Complaining and worrying are signs of doubt, and they stop the power of God from manifesting the answers to our prayers. Instead, sing praises to God, declare that you have received the answers, thank God about the issue or situation, and be expectant. Before long, the answers to your prayers will manifest for your enjoyment. Hallelujah! Be thankful!

Prayer Point: Dear heavenly Father, I cease from complaining, worry, and saying negative things about my prayers. I praise and thank you for answering all my prayers in Jesus’ name. Amen!
