Title: Seek the LORD!

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
Luke 2:11 ESV
Devotion: Our saviour messiah Christ is born and He is eagerly waiting for you and me to seek him out just as the three Wise men did and their joy was full. What are you waiting for, seek Him and your joy will be full in Jesus name. Hallelujah! “I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.” Psalms 34:4 (KJV)
  Beloved, one of the very important things that God wants us to do in life is to seek Him. He has left a vacuum in the heart of mankind that He alone can fill. 
  There are some who seek the LORD through wrong mediums. The only medium acceptable is to seek Him through His Word (Jeremiah 29:13). The Holy Scriptures reveal to us the nature of God.
   In this dispensation, He has revealed His Word in the person of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (John 1:14).
 Dear beloved, your heart’s desire should be to know the Lord Jesus Christ and our heavenly Father more and more, and He will deliver you from all your fears, troubles and give you joy.  
   Continue to seek Him diligently, and He will reward you (Hebrews 11:6). Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded.
