HE IS WORKING FOR YOUR COMFORT !

“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3–4 (KJV)

Ignorance is responsible for the plight of some Christians in the Kingdom of God. No Christian can be blessed above the knowledge of God’s Word in them. As children of God, we should come to terms with the fact that tribulation is part of our walk with God (Matthew 10:22–24). All the patriarchs went through tribulation one way or another. One thing was guaranteed though: God was with them and comforted them in the end by bringing their miracles to pass. Dear beloved, God is aware of the tribulations or afflictions you are going through, and He is working behind the scenes to bring you to a comfortable place. The opening scripture buttresses this and says God is merciful to comfort us in our afflictions so that we can also comfort others. Therefore, never complain but give Him the praise, and your afflictions will become lighter for you to go through till you are comforted. Hallelujah! You are an overcomer!

Prayer Point: Dear heavenly Father, thank you for your mercy upon my life. Thank you for bringing me to a place of comfort. Amen!
