Title : Beware

"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matthew 7:15"
Devotion : One of the signs of the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is the emergence of false prophets. In fact they will be so many that the love of many will grow cold, especially those who become victims of such false prophets.
  It is our duty to identify the false prophet using the Word of God; (meaning we must read and understand the scriptures thoroughly psalm 119 : 48, 78, 148 etc) scripture says by their fruits we shall know them.
 Let us use the Word of God to check their conducts, actions, preaching, speeches etc and we will know whether they are false prophets or true prophets. Once they introduce something non scriptural you know they are false prophets. (Do not argue just leave for a Bible teaching church).

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded.
