Title: Brick by Brick

Nehemiah 3:2  And next unto him builded the men of Jericho. And next to them builded Zaccur the son of Imri. (Please read Nehemiah chapter 3 : 1-end).

Devotion: The children of Israel was in captivity for several years but came time when God used king Arterxerxes to release them. They returned home and begin to build the walls of Jerusalem.

It took courage and determination of Nehemiah to get the work started. He called on the people of the city in Nehemiah 2:17  "Then said I unto them, Ye see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lieth waste, and the gates thereof are burned with fire: come, and let us build up the wall of Jerusalem, that we be no more a reproach".

  Remember Peter denied Jesus but he returned and rebuild his life. He did great exploits for Christ. Saul persecuted the church but he met Christ and he rebuilt his life in Christ. He worked harder than most of the Apostles.

 I don't know how far you may have derailed from Christ but since there's life there's still opportunity to return and brick by brick rebuild your life in Christ. It is not only you but most of us have had to rebuild our lives in Christ brick by brick at some point of our lives. You can start by rededication of your life to Christ and join a living bible church or fellowship. So that you will stay in Christ you may have to break up with some friends and habits and gradually study the bible. Don't forget to ask the Holy Spirit for assistance and guidance.
