Philippians 3:14
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Devotion: A Christian must have a target to make heaven and that by fire by force. The reason is that we cannot afford to disappoint God because once confessed our trust in Him he accepts us and will not want to lose us to Devil. 
  Therefore it will be good to make our decision to walk the path day or night, come rain or sun or snow. May God help us as we walk in it.
  This song from Christ Apostolic Church Gospel Hymn book is apt, let's sing it regularly to remind us of our target.

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
