Title: In His Vineyard!

Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. Matt 9:37‭-‬38 KJV.
Devotion: The world population in 2022 is estimated to 7.96 billion persons all potentially could become children of God through Christ Jesus. Therefore the word of Jesus that the Harvest is plenteous is very correct. 
  Out of the 7.96 the number of christians is just 2.38 billion so there's still room for more. We also know that many are just nominal Christian, they were born into Christianity or got converted but are not truly born again. These and many more need to be brought to Christ but there are simply not enough evangelists.
  In Matt 28:19 Jesus commands you and me - "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen". 
  This is the essence of your call, my call to harvest the unbeliever into the kingdom of God. Therefore dear brothers and sisters in Christ let's make it a point of duty to work in the Vineyard of Christ and win souls for Jesus. This is what delights Him and we will be blessed for it here on earth and most importantly in heaven. 
  Start small, one on one evangelism is the most effective, you don't need too much bible just narrate what God has done for you since you believe, how God has positively changed your life, invite the person to Christ so that he/she too will enjoy Christ like you.

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
