Title: Increase Our Faith.

Luke 17:5 KJV. And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.
Devotion: Lord Jesus, we yearn to embody the zeal You displayed for God, a passion that consumed Your every moment on earth. May we discover Your spirit of compassion for mankind, as it is written, “The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion” (Psalm 116:5). Let Your love, unwavering and boundless, ignite within us, burning as a flame that purifies and renews.
  Dwell in our hearts, Lord, as promised: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?” (1 Corinthians 6:19). Move within us with mercies that overflow, shaping every thought and action. Just as You declare, “Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy” (Matthew 5:7), transform our lives into living demonstrations of Your grace.
  With fervent faith, let our zeal be fueled by divine love—a pure flame that glows with sincerity and sacrifice. May our hearts resonate with the prayer of the apostles, “Increase our faith!” (Luke 17:5). Strengthen us to love as You love, serve as You serve, and live as You lived. Amen.

Title: When your time shall be over, you'll fly away.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete. When that time comes, the soul, unburdened by the weight of the mortal frame, ascends beyond the veil of this world—taking flight toward eternal rest.   You are not bound to the temporal; your essence is celestial.
