Title: Cast your Burden upon Him.

Cast your burden on the Lord , and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 ESV
DEVOTION: The passage above tells us what to do so that our lives will be better. The question is why are people running in the other direction?
  Please examine your ways and see if you have been running in other direction or towards Jesus. Repent of your backsliding and retrace your footsteps to Jesus he's waiting for you and me to carry our burden, to remove our yoke. Matt 11: 28-30. ESV.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
