Title: Pray till your joy is Full.

Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. John 16:24
Devotion : If you feel like giving up on prayer because you don't seem to be getting answers to your prayers, the opening scripture is exhorting you to continue, for your miracle is at hand.
 Prayer is communion with our heavenly Father; it is a time to receive from Him. If it seems we are not receiving it means we are not applying the principle of prayer or living in disobedience.
 Jesus said when we pray we should believe that we have received it and we shall have it; it means at the point of prayer we should receive the answer in our heart and we shall see it physically (Mark 11:24). 
 Also, if you are delighted to pray and enjoy fellowship with your heavenly Father, you will never cease to pray. So be glad to pray till your joy is full.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
