Title: Show Mercy

Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain Mercy. Matt 5:7
Devotion: One of the key teachings of Christ to his disciples is showing mercy to others. In our world of today people tend to be aggressive and do not consider others.
 We as children of God must make the difference others are seeking for. We must remain true to the teaching of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 
 We do not have options it is a must for you and me to be merciful to others, any confessing Christian who is not merciful has question mark on his Christianity.
How do we practice this? Buy forgiving and showing mercy to someone who hurt, cheat and is rude to us. We can be more patient with someone and we can be compassionate with someone going through though times.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded.
