Title: You Are Valuable!

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” Matthew 5:13 (KJV)
Devotion: Christians are the salt of the earth. Beloved, God has deposited a lot of good virtues in you because of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 9:54–56). Wherever you find yourself, God expects you to make a difference in the lives of people. Salt brings out the true taste and sweetness of food; it is used to preserve food and other substances, and it can also be used to heal.
Dear beloved, those who come into contact with you should taste the good virtues in you and give glory to God (Galatians 5:22–23). Preserve lives by sharing the gospel with the unsaved so that they can be saved. Be an ambassador of healing the broken-hearted with the gospel. 
  When you are at a place and something is going wrong, don’t wait for somebody to fix it. Ask for grace from God so that you can help put the place in order (John 2:14–16). Be a world-changer and God will continue to elevate you. Praise the Lord! Be tasteful!

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
