Devotion: Broken heart is a thing that no one will like to go through, it is better imagined than go through the agony of it. In any case at one time or the other it will happen to someone and the way one handles it, is what makes the difference. Many will try to handle it by themselves while some will succumb and perish, yet some others will give it to Jesus and come out victorious.
I don't know what you maybe going through right now, it could be deep brokenness that you think you may not be able to overcome; do you want to fling up your hands and surrender? Please don't, you have a friend like no other who is ever ready to assist you. He says come to me all ye.... . (Matt 11 : 28)
  This friend and Master Jesus healed the man who was by the lake for 38 years, (John 5: 5-8) healed the one born blind (John 9: 1-6), the leper etc (Matt 11:5). He is anxiously waiting for you tonight just surrender the problem to His feet and your broken heart will be healed

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
