Title: Tell it with grace and Love!
Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
Colossians 4:6 KJV

Devotion: Top of the day to you out there. Our verse of the day admonishes us to talk like Christ would to anyone we had to talk to. The first part says our speech should always be with grace. Grace is a free undeserved gift, this means we should interact with someone undeserved of our conversation eg someone who despitefully use us, known criminals, non-believers etc.
The second part says our speech should be well seasoned with salt, this means we should preserve the good news of Christ as it is and tell it in a good and likeable manner not condemning sinners but driving home the truth of the word. It should be presented in a way to make sinners see reason to give their lives to Christ who loves them and wants to save them from eternal damnation.
The third part says we should answer everyman yes everyone is worthy before God, Apostle Peter answered this in 1 Peter 3:15 "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:"
In other words the verse tells us to drive home the good news in a good and potent manner without necessarily being rude or condemning the listener. The way a topic is presented goes a long way to tell if it will be accepted or rejected. May God teach us to do His work with love in Jesus name, Hallelujah. Have a fruitful week ahead.
