Title: Seek Jesus where He maybe Found!

And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. Mark 16:6 KJV

Devotion: Praise God it is another Easter Sunday we bless God for keeping us alive. In the Easter story the women disciples - Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of Jesus, the other Mary and others  went to the tomb where Jesus was laid to anoint His body. But Jesus resurrected and was not to be found in the tomb.

 The Angel of the lord told them that Jesus was not there He is out of the tomb. Why seek the living in the tomb?

  In the present day many Christians or so-called Christians also seek Jesus where he is not to be found. A lot of preacher businessmen are out there deceiving a lot of people using occultic power to perform magic called miracle. People go to such places in thousands or even millions to seek Jesus but Jesus' name is hardly mentioned in such places. Many a time you can be in the program for 2-4 hours without hearing the name of Jesus. When they pray, they deceive people by pretending to speak in tongues, Jesus (salvation) is not preached. At the end of the program they will ask people to buy anointing oil which normally should cost less than $1 they will sell for like $20 and a bottle of water for like $15 and in some other places they sell white handkerchief for $10.

  There was a story I read online two days ago about a certain preacher who came from The Gambia to deceive Nigerians. He asked them to submit everything they have on themselves - Handsets, their money and their jewelries so that it will not distract them during the prayers. Alas before the end of the prayers this man disappeared with all the money, the handsets and other items that this congregants submitted to him. Unfortunately this man is not a Nigerian, He may have slipped out of the country and nobody will be able to locate him. That is the extent to which people are so gullible seeking Jesus Christ where he was not to be found.

 If you know the Bible you will know that wherever you are, even in your home, in your bedrooms Jesus Christ is there with you and if you call on him in faith believing that whatever you ask from Him you will receive.   This is not to say that we should not attend churches with other believers, it is good to fellowship with other children of God but we have to be circumspect in the type of churches we attend what they preach what the atmosphere looks like. Whenever they start asking you to pay for something, the aura around the preacher should tell you that Jesus is not in such place. 

 Dearly beloved have you been coned to part with your money, with your property in the name of serving fake Jesus? Please go back and study your Bible very well so that when you fall into such traps you will easily discern the truth and retrace your footsteps back to Jesus. Ask for guidance from the Holy Spirit.

 Easter is time to win souls for Christ let's go out this morning to win souls let the world know about our Lord Jesus Christ. Let the world know that Jesus is alive in our lives and that if we have faith He will do that which He promise to do and we will have testimony. 

Please do not go to attend places where Jesus is not to be found. The Lord bless you and the power of His resurrection will revive your life, your ministry and business in Jesus ' name. Happy Easter to you all, Hallelujah.
