Title: Do not Change Denomination.

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:12 KJV.
Devotion: Paul in unmistakable words delivers a strong mandate to Timothy his Godson. He tells him not to engage in unprofitable discussion of unproven science but Timothy should rather engage himself in the fight of faith and eternal life. By this Paul means "preach the Gospel of Christ" to the people.
  Historically the Ephesus church deviated from grace of Christ and embraced power and control rather than service, sacrifice, and love. Paul told Timothy to remain in Ephesus because it seemed that Timothy wanted to give up and run away due to above facts. Paul had to encourage Timothy to remain in Ephesus because Paul wanted Timothy to continue the preaching of the Gospel of Christ. 
  Dearly beloved, are you feeling that something is missing or wrong where you worship? Maybe the teaching is not right or church politics is played do not run away continue to spread the undiluted word of God. Joining another denomination church is not the solution please stay back to bring the denomination back on the right path. Stay blessed as you do.

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
