Devotion: God loves the imperfect world and sent His perfect son to redeem the world. God's son Jesus Christ came into the world to do the work of salvation of the sinful world. 
God knows that you and me are faint and we often mess up (sin) yet God loves us and blots out our sins when we call on him to. God gives us new power to start again because He's a God of second chance. God re-energizes us when our faith is little and shaky.
 In some situations we seem totally powerless, we are not in control at such periods of our lives God is solidly behind us and He gives us strength to cross the river (Lamentations 3:22-23). He renews His spirit in our hearts so that we retrace our feets back to Jesus.
 Therefore, dear reader do not despair or lose faith when you mess up, you're only human just like any other person. None of us is perfect. All you need to do is come back to Jesus and get power to live a clean new life. Remember Jesus loves you and me it is our sin that Jesus hates but He is ready to cleanse us and renew our strength and energize us.
Are you feeling guilty, do you want to run away? Do not, instead come to Jesus this morning He's waiting at the door for you.(Rev 3:20). He knows you're faint and weary. Jesus will give you power to start again. He will renew your strength for greater exploits in His work of preaching the good news of Christ.
