Title: Worship God Reverently!

O come, let us worship and bow down: Let us kneel before the LORD our maker.

Devotion: David invited you and me to worship God in reverence. Let's stop and ask ourselves, why worship God? The reason is simple - God is our Creator and great provider. He did not just create us He created everything that we will ever need to survive. I see more than enough reason to worship God in that.
 We should reverently worship God in all situations, no matter what, in joy or grieve, in success or otherwise, when we receive good news of bad news, all the time we should worship God. We also need to worship God with our neighbors, colleagues, teach them the word of God and to accept Christ as Lord and Saviour over their lives and to worship God. 
We should worship God in our body, how we dress and and use our body, in our work and relationship. When we notice the wonders of God in creation - beautiful mountain scenery, rivers flowing gently or when enjoying cool breeze or blizzard. 
  Why bow down or kneel before God, it is important because God is the ultimate provider, our creator and our maker, we should reverently fear him not because He will punish or kill us but as a sign of maximum respect for our God.
Dear reader, let's make Worshiping God a habit and see what testimonies we will have. Shalom.

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
