Title:The Father’s Love through Christ Jesus.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 KJV
Devotion: You know that love is true when a person is willing to sacrifice anything just for you! For instance, a mother or father’s love for their child. Parents are willing to put behind their own needs and wants just to be able to give their children better lives first.
 Unfortunately, many people today are searching for true love, unaware of the truth that there was One Who gave everything in love for mankind’s sake.
 Beloved, it is unavoidable to sometimes feel unloved, uncared for, overlooked, and devalued by the people you care about the most. Whatever is the case for you, meditate on the opening scripture.
 We have a wonderful God Who loves you so dearly that, even if you haven’t done anything good, He was willing to die for you because He loves you. Don’t ever believe the devil’s lies because the truth is clear—you are much loved by the Father through Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!
Prayer point: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving us greatly through Jesus Christ. Even though we were still your enemies, You looked past our behaviors, for You know who we are and to Whom we belong. Thank You for seeing the good in us and counting us worthy to die for, in Jesus’ name! Amen.
  Dear reader are you ready to give your life for anyone you loved? Are you ready to sacrifice your time for Christ? Do you understand the concept "living sacrifice"? It means one who is dead to sin but alive in the love of Christ.

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
