Title: The Church Represents Christ!

“For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:” Matthew 25:35 (KJV)

Beloved, the opening scripture gives various aspects of life in which believers in Christ Jesus will be tested (Psalms 11:5). Hunger, thirst, and shelter are the very essential needs of the children of God. In our daily lives, we get hungry for food, and we have to eat; we get thirsty, and we have to drink water; we feel the need to put a roof over our heads and, therefore, get shelter. God wants us to put ourselves in a good position so that we can provide food, water, and shelter for the needy in society (James 2:15–16).

Beloved, there are other needs such as education, marriage, and jobs; however, food, water, clothing, and shelter come first. Dear beloved, let us pray for grace from the LORD to enable us to have resources to provide the most essential needs to the vulnerable in the church and society, and God will bless us abundantly. Amen!

Prayer Point: My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I bless Your name. Today’s Word is timely, and I put it to work immediately. Please enable me with all the resources I need to minister to the vulnerable in the church and society. Amen!
