Good morning Sir/Ma, it becomes imperative for me to make this clarification that the devotional that I sent out daily is not for any ulterior motives. Not for financial gain, no plans to establish a church or ministry. 
For those who do not know me physically or otherwise I AM DR OLAGBEMIDE OLOWOYO OLANREWAJU JOEL, Consultant family physician in a growing practice.

Title: *God Is Ready to Listen to You!* 

“And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24 (KJV)

Beloved, does it not sound good to hear that God is ready to listen to you? As a child of God, never think that God, your Father, is difficult to answer your prayers. Our heavenly Father is a relational or social being; meaning that He is a God of relationship (Genesis 18:17–18, James 2:23). In heaven, He was betrayed by Lucifer and his cohorts. On earth, He was betrayed by Adam and Eve. If you were God, how would you feel? You will feel that your betrayers don’t love you, so you will advise yourself and put to test anyone who comes to you for help.

Thanks be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who did not betray God but fulfilled all the requirements of God so that you and I can be blessed through our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 8:3–4, Ephesians 2:15–16). Hallelujah! Dear beloved, don’t betray your relationship with God by disobeying Him and engaging in all manner of sins. Build a time-tested relationship with God by being holy, so that when you call to Him, He will answer, and while you are still speaking, He will hear. Amen.

Prayer Point: 
My holy and righteous Father, I bless Your name. You are indeed my God, who has great plans for us in the new heaven and the new earth. Please lead and guide me to live a holy and righteous life and build an intimate relationship with You, so that before I call, You will answer; while I’m speaking, You will hear in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
