Devotion: God did not create man to be an island. He made us belong to a home, community, family, and nation where we can grow, receive, and give love, co-exist, pursue hopes and dreams, and be in fellowship with one another; where He is glorified above all. 
  And Proverbs 15:22 teaches us the importance of allowing others to speak into our lives and give advice, feedback, and wisdom that will really be helpful in our journey in this life.
  Beloved, it is not wise to keep things to yourself because when we don’t seek help, we are bound to fail because of our blind spots. When you have plans in life and can’t seem to find the right direction, don’t hesitate to reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or spiritual leader. 
  God will give them wisdom and the right words, as well as advice for you as you pray and confess (James 5:16)! You are not alone in this life’s journey! Thanks be to the Father, Who cares and is mindful of us!
  Prayer point: Heavenly Father, thank You for surrounding me with good friends, family, and spiritual leaders that can speak wisdom, advice, and insights into my life. As I open up and share my concerns, thank You for leading me to the right person and establishing Your plans in my life. Thank You for manifesting Your presence to this person, and may You bless our conversation with heavenly wisdom and insight in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
