Title: Trust in the Lord for Ever.

Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

Devotion: In the time past Rock are seen as insurmountable objects and some eg Himalayas are still insurmountable.The Israelites used to hide under the mountains and are very safe there. Hence the comparison of God with rocks (mountains). 
  Now God is like Rock, no power in the universe can overpower God, therefore God becomes a sure save Haven to hide in the time of trouble. God says in Jeremiah 33:3 "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." If want to call on God you go through our advocate general the man Jesus Christ because Jesus says in John 14:14 "If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it."
 Therefore what are you waiting for, run to God this morning and you will not remain the same again. He's anxiously waiting for you to deliver you, to assist you and bless you. (Revelation 3:20) Try God today He satisfys and you will have testimonies.

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
