Devotion: In the present world people have diverse believe in God and how to get to Him. Even among "Christian" some think the bible is just one of the books and do not wholly agree with the words of God therein. Some will argue that it was written by men and that all that was written cannot be true and that science has proved it wrong. But such argument is based on false knowledge of God.
There are people who argue that there are other ways to make heaven other than true Christ Jesus. In John 14:6  Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." This is indisputable fact because the way to God was opened for human beings by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He opened the way to God for us because he loves us. (John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.) Otherwise we would all perish. 
All other prophets who came before Christ were not given this grace because they were not there in the beginning. Only He (Jesus) was there from the beginning 
 (Genesis 1:26; John 1:1) and only Him volunteered (John 10:17) to come and reconcile the world to God.
 Therefore all who want to live eternally with God in heaven have this grace to "confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of their lives" shall be saved from eternal damnation. Have you done that? I urge you to believe in Jesus Christ today, the day of salvation, tomorrow might be too late. (2 Corinthians 6:2).

Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial.
