The Christian faith hinges on the pivotal event of Jesus Christ's death and resurrection. Without this transformative sacrifice, our faith would be nonexistent. Through Jesus' shed blood, we experience forgiveness for our sins, enabling us to approach our holy God. His perfect life and sacrifice bridged the gap between our brokenness and God's perfection (Hebrews 9:22).

Jesus' selfless act offers a once-and-for-all forgiveness, covering past, present, and future sins. Nothing can separate us from God's unwavering love. This redemption aligns with God's grace and promises, echoing throughout Scripture. As recipients of forgiveness, we should extend grace to ourselves and share the Good News with others, freeing them from bondage to sin.

Let us rise up, sharing Christ's love, and shining His light to those in need. Feel free to share this devotional, ask questions, seek counsel, and offer suggestions.

Psalms 90:10  The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away. Devotional: Late music legend – Peter Tosh sang a song with this title many years ago. It came to mind yesterday while I listened to a beautifully delivered sermon at a burial. I therefore penned this devotional on same title. Do not be deceived, at a point in your life you’ll fly away.   There comes a day when the tapestry of your earthly existence is folded. The moments of struggle, joy, triumph, and trials will all coalesce into a story complete.
